Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to determine staffing needs.
Screen applicants/candidates.
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Administers performance reviews to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
Requirements:
Prior human resources and/or staffing industry experience.
Previous Management experience is a PLUS.
Must have excellent computer skills, organization, and be detailed-orientated.
An individual with passion and drive is the key to becoming an excellent Recruiting Manager for RPM Staffing.
