- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Transcribe, file, and organize documents and records - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This position offers an opportunity to work with an amazing team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
