Security Officer - McAlester Casino

Job Purpose or Objective(s):
Protect all property of Choctaw Casinos and ensure procedures are followed as applicable.
You will report to the Security Manager, Senior Sergeant, Sergeant, or Corporal.
Payrate:
$19.
30 per hour Hourly, Full Time Schedule and Hours:
11:
00pm to 7:
00am Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday OFF This position does have a shift differential.
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position.
Primary Tasks:

Access and retrieve computerized data.

Investigate unusual or suspicious situations.

Help with emergency situations.

Maintain security and procedures according to rules.

Patrol internal and external company property
Have knowledge of company regulations and procedures.

Maintain logbook of all activity occurring daily.

Operate firefighting equipment and short-wave radio and administer CPR and first aid.

Write incident reports regarding all security issues, accidents, theft, or vandalism and submit to the Security Supervisor.

Refer dangerous situations or complex problems to supervisor.

Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
At least of 21 years of age.

Must be medically fit and able to perform all of the essential functions of a Security Officer and pass a physical fitness test.

Must have a valid state driver's license.

Must have basic knowledge of computers to allow report writing, composition or correspondence, Internet and email.

You must be able to reason and react calmly and quickly in emergency and life threatening situations.
