Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to inspect as an Explosives Operator Work Inspector.
Must possess the ability to perform common preliminary inspections of components and recognize deteriorated, damaged, or unserviceable items.
- Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

Duties involve substantial amounts of standing and walking with moderate amount of stooping, bending and lifting of items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds and occasionally lifting items weighing in excess of 50 pounds in order to perform the required inspections.
All lifts over 50 pounds will be assisted with a two person lift or using a mechanical handling equipment lifting device.
The two person lift limit is 100 pounds and will only be used for single event, non-routine lifts.
Working Conditions:
Work is usually performed indoors or outdoors in covered areas which provides some protection.
Work areas are usually well lighted and ventilated.
Some operations cause uncomfortable steam or heat in the work area.
Workers are required to stand on floors made of concrete.
May be required to wear protective clothing such as specially treated coveralls, respirators, goggles and protective glasses.
May be exposed to fumes from numerous agents.
May be exposed to the possibility to explosion and flash fire.
There is a chance of injuries ranging from loss of life or limbs to burns, cuts, bruises, sprains and nausea.
May be required to perform duties which involve handling and/or storing hazardous waste material.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
